{"id":1672,"date":"2021-06-08T19:00:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-08T19:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/entrevista-a-dr-antoni-dalmau-bueno\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T16:33:57","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T16:33:57","slug":"entrevista-a-dr-antoni-dalmau-bueno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/ca\/entrevista-a-dr-antoni-dalmau-bueno\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrevista a Dr. Antoni Dalmau Bueno"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-1gtfo\" class=\"Is4xI aaZkV MqvCC QMtOy\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vsfWl MqvCC\">Dr. Antoni Dalmau Bueno \u00e9s llicenciat en veterin\u00e0ria per la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona i va realitzar la seva tesi doctoral en comportament social, comportament d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i selecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;h\u00e0bitat en ungulats salvatges, doctorant-se l&#8217;any 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block5\">Despr\u00e9s del doctorat, el mateix any 2005, es va incorporar a la unitat de qualitat de la canal i de la carn de l&#8217;IRTA a Monells, on naixeria, anys m\u00e9s tard, la unitat de benestar animal i, temps despr\u00e9s, el Programa de Benestar Animal.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block8\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block8\">L&#8217;any 2006 va realitzar un m\u00e0ster de gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;ind\u00fastries c\u00e0rnies i l&#8217;any 2016 va assolir el Diplomat Europeu de Benestar Animal i Medicina Comportamental.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block10\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block10\">Les seves l\u00ednies de treball comprenen l&#8217;estudi del benestar animal al granja, transport i sacrifici, estudi de la por, dolor, comportament social i alimentari, test d&#8217;aversi\u00f3 i biaix cognitiu i relaci\u00f3 hum\u00e0-animal. Les esp\u00e8cies d&#8217;inter\u00e8s s\u00f3n principalment el porc\u00ed, el bov\u00ed i els conills, tot i que tamb\u00e9 ha treballat en aus. <\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block12\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block12\">Ha participat en un total de 37 projectes de recerca (24 dels quals europeus), t\u00e9 un total de 71 articles cient\u00edfics en revistes internacionals d&#8217;impacte al camp del benestar animal, 3 llibres, 31 cap\u00edtols de llibres, 54 articles de divulgaci\u00f3 en espanyol o portugu\u00e8s i 118 presentacions en congressos d&#8217;\u00e0mbit internacional.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block14\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block14\">Va participar, com el representant d&#8217;Europa, a la redacci\u00f3 del cap\u00edtol de benestar animal porc\u00ed del codi terrestre de l&#8217;OIE i ha realitzat tasques com a expert per a l&#8217;EFSA, DG-Sant\u00e9, OIRSA i la FVE.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block16\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block16\">Compta amb m\u00e9s de 1.800 hores de formaci\u00f3 per a professionals com ara veterinaris, ramaders, transportistes i personal d&#8217;escorxador, incloent la seva participaci\u00f3 com a tutor a m\u00e9s de 30 cursos del programa europeu de formaci\u00f3 per a veterinaris oficials Better Training for Safer Food.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block18\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block18\">\u00c9s el responsable t\u00e8cnic de l&#8217;esquema de certificaci\u00f3 Welfair\u2122 de benestar animal (www.animalwelfair.com), membre del Management Team del Welfare Quality Network i membre de la International Society for Applied Ethology.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-hook=\"rcv-block18\"><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block18\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Entrevista-parte-1.pdf\">Entrevista part 1<\/a><br \/>\n <a href=\"https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Entrevista-parte-2.pdf\">Entrevista part 2<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Dr. Antoni Dalmau Bueno \u00e9s llicenciat en Veterin\u00e0ria per la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona i doctorat el 2005 en comportament social, alimentaci\u00f3 i \u00fas de l\u2019h\u00e0bitat en ungulats salvatges. Va representar Europa en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del cap\u00edtol de benestar porc\u00ed de l\u2019OIE i ha assessorat organismes com l\u2019EFSA i la DG-Sant\u00e9. \u00c9s responsable t\u00e8cnic de la certificaci\u00f3 Welfair\u2122, basada en protocols cient\u00edfics del projecte Welfare Quality\u00ae, que avaluen el benestar directament en els animals a la granja, el transport i el sacrifici.
