La seva activaci\u00f3: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Genera la sensaci\u00f3 de picor i calor.<\/li>\n<li>Modula el to vascular (vasodilataci\u00f3 perif\u00e8rica), afavorint la p\u00e8rdua de calor.<\/li>\n<li>A trav\u00e9s del nervi trigemin i de vies centrals, ajusta l\u2019equilibri entre el flux sanguini perif\u00e8ric i l\u2019espl\u00e0ncnic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En monog\u00e0strics, el TRPV1 tamb\u00e9 s\u2019expressa en c\u00e8l\u00b7lules epitelials intestinals i neurones ent\u00e8riques, on participa en la regulaci\u00f3 de la motilitat, les secrecions digestives i l\u2019alliberament de neurop\u00e8ptids. Aix\u00f2 explica per qu\u00e8 la capsa\u00efcina s\u2019associa a: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Augment de la secreci\u00f3 d\u2019enzims digestius (lipasa pancre\u00e0tica, amilasa, tripsina) i d\u2019\u00e0cids biliars.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Millora de la digesti\u00f3 dels l\u00edpids i de l\u2019absorci\u00f3 de nutrients.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Canvis en la perfusi\u00f3 intestinal i possible refor\u00e7 de la barrera epitelial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Efectes antiinflamatoris i intestinals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estudis recents en monog\u00e0strics mostren que la capsa\u00efcina pot atenuar la resposta inflamat\u00f2ria i l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Long et al. descriuen, en garrins, que un extracte de Capsicum redueix TNF-\u03b1, IL-6 i IFN-\u03b3 i augmenta IL-10, modulant la resposta inflamat\u00f2ria sist\u00e8mica. <\/li>\n<li>En models d\u2019inflamaci\u00f3 indu\u00efda per lipopolisac\u00e0rid, l\u2019activaci\u00f3 de TRPV1 per la capsa\u00efcina atenua la producci\u00f3 de citocines proinflamat\u00f2ries i protegeix la integritat de la barrera intestinal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En truges en lactaci\u00f3 sota estr\u00e8s per calor, un assaig amb 132 animals suplementats amb 1,4 g\/dia de capsa\u00efcina des del dia 90 de gestaci\u00f3 fins al deslletament va mostrar:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Augment de la ingesta de pinso en lactaci\u00f3 (+0,69 kg\/dia, p=0,008).<\/li>\n<li>Increment de la IgG al calostre (185,8 vs 153,8 mg\/ml, p=0,04).<\/li>\n<li>Millora del guany de pes de la ventrada (+11,2 %) i reducci\u00f3 de la incid\u00e8ncia de diarrees en garrins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquestes dades reforcen el paper de la capsa\u00efcina en la millora del comportament alimentari, la qualitat del calostre i la immunitat passiva en condicions de calor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Gingerols: coagonistes de TRPV1 i moduladors inflamatoris<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Activaci\u00f3 addicional de TRPV1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els<strong> gingerols<\/strong> i els seus derivats (com els shogaols) s\u00f3n compostos vanil\u00b7loides del gingebre estructuralment emparentats amb la capsa\u00efcina. Estudis de biologia estructural han demostrat que: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poden unir-se al domini d\u2019activaci\u00f3 de TRPV1 en una butxaca d\u2019uni\u00f3 similar a la de la capsa\u00efcina.<\/li>\n<li>Activen el TRPV1 com a agonistes parcials, amb menor pot\u00e8ncia per\u00f2 un efecte m\u00e9s suau i sostingut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00f2 suggereix un model en qu\u00e8 la capsa\u00efcina proporciona un est\u00edmul fort i inicial sobre TRPV1, mentre que els gingerols prolonguen el senyal sense produir la mateixa desensibilitzaci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida (taquifil\u00e0xia) associada a dosis elevades de capsa\u00efcina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Antiinflamatori i antioxidant a nivell intestinal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els gingerols han estat \u00e0mpliament descrits com a mol\u00e8cules:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Antiinflamat\u00f2ries<\/strong>: inhibeixen NF-\u03baB, redueixen l\u2019expressi\u00f3 de COX-2 i iNOS i disminueixen TNF-\u03b1, IL-1\u03b2 i IL-6 en models animals i cel\u00b7lulars.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Antioxidants:<\/strong> redueixen la producci\u00f3 d\u2019esp\u00e8cies reactives d\u2019oxigen i la peroxidaci\u00f3 lip\u00eddica, protegint els teixits davant del dany oxidatiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el context intestinal, aix\u00f2 es tradueix en:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Menor estr\u00e8s oxidatiu de la mucosa.<\/li>\n<li>Protecci\u00f3 de les unions estretes (tight junctions) i reducci\u00f3 de la permeabilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Millora de la integritat de la barrera epitelial davant de desafiaments com l\u2019estr\u00e8s per calor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que les dades en porc encara s\u00f3n limitades, la coher\u00e8ncia d\u2019aquests mecanismes amb el que s\u2019ha observat en altres esp\u00e8cies en recolza l\u2019\u00fas com a coadjuvants en barreges d\u2019esp\u00e8cies per a porc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Piperina: biodisponibilitat, digesti\u00f3 i efecte antioxidant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Potenciador de la biodisponibilitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>piperina<\/strong>, principal alcaloide del pebre negre, \u00e9s coneguda com a potenciador de la biodisponibilitat en nutrici\u00f3 humana:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inhibe enzims de biotransformaci\u00f3 (per exemple, CYP3A4) i transportadors com la P-glicoprote\u00efna a l\u2019intest\u00ed, reduint el metabolisme de primer pas i l\u2019expulsi\u00f3 de xenobi\u00f2tics.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta l\u2019absorci\u00f3 i la concentraci\u00f3 plasm\u00e0tica de compostos lipof\u00edlics com la curcumina, les catequines i altres polifenols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per analogia, \u00e9s raonable assumir que una fracci\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran de capsa\u00efcina i gingerols arriba a les seves dianes quan es formulen juntament amb piperina, permetent treballar amb dosis m\u00e9s baixes per obtenir un efecte similar o m\u00e9s consistent en camp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Coadjuvant digestiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En nutrici\u00f3 animal, la piperina i altres components del pebre negre es consideren <strong>fitobi\u00f2tics estimulants digestius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>S\u2019han descrit augments de l\u2019activitat d\u2019amilasa i tripsina pancre\u00e0tica i millores en la digestibilitat aparent quan s\u2019inclouen barreges d\u2019esp\u00e8cies amb piperina en dietes de monog\u00e0strics.<\/li>\n<li>Assaigs i patents en porc\u00ed plantegen la seva combinaci\u00f3 amb \u00e0cids org\u00e0nics i olis essencials per millorar l\u2019\u00edndex de conversi\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant una millor digesti\u00f3 i modulaci\u00f3 de la microbiota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que la contribuci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica de la piperina enfront d\u2019altres components no sempre es desglossa, el seu paper com a coadjuvant digestiu \u00e9s coherent amb l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en altres esp\u00e8cies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Evid\u00e8ncia d\u2019activitat antioxidant (incl\u00f2s H\u2082O\u2082)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A m\u00e9s dels seus efectes farmacocin\u00e8tics i digestius, la piperina presenta <strong>activitat antioxidant:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Estudis in vitro mostren que la piperina redueix la peroxidaci\u00f3 lip\u00eddica i neutralitza esp\u00e8cies reactives d\u2019oxigen, actuant com a captador de radicals lliures.<\/li>\n<li>En alguns models cel\u00b7lulars exposats a per\u00f2xid d\u2019hidrogen (H\u2082O\u2082), concentracions baixes de piperina han protegit davant la p\u00e8rdua de viabilitat i el dany oxidatiu, mentre que dosis molt elevades poden mostrar efectes prooxidants, suggerint un comportament bif\u00e0sic dependent de la dosi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el context porc\u00ed, la documentaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica disponible recull un assaig in vitro en <strong>enter\u00f2cits duodenals porcins 2D:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>L\u2019exposici\u00f3 a 1 mM de H\u2082O\u2082 va incrementar de manera marcada la fluoresc\u00e8ncia associada a esp\u00e8cies reactives d\u2019oxigen (mesurada mitjan\u00e7ant diacetat de 2,7-diclorofluoresce\u00efna).<\/li>\n<li>La co-incubaci\u00f3 amb piperina (8 \u00b5g\/mL) va reduir significativament el senyal fluorescente (p&lt;0,01 davant a H\u2082O\u2082 sol), apropant-lo a nivells de control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest resultat refor\u00e7a un paper <strong>citoprotector de la piperina davant d\u2019un repte oxidatiu agut<\/strong> en teixit intestinal porc\u00ed, cosa que encaixa molt b\u00e9 amb l\u2019objectiu de preservar la integritat de la mucosa sota estr\u00e8s t\u00e8rmic.<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Sinergia funcional: per qu\u00e8 combinar capsa\u00efcina, gingerols i piperina<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i no disposar d\u2019un model mecan\u00edstic complet en porc que quantifiqui la contribuci\u00f3 exacta de cada mol\u00e8cula, l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia permet parlar d\u2019una<strong> sinergia funcional <\/strong>clara:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Capsa\u00efcina<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Activa de manera potent el TRPV1 a la boca i a l\u2019intest\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Modula la termoregulaci\u00f3 (vasodilataci\u00f3 l\u2019impacte de l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i inflamatori a nivell intestinal, preservant la integritat de la barrera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Els gingerols del gingebre actuen com a coagonistes de TRPV1 i aporten un fort efecte antiinflamatori i antioxidant a nivell intestinal, ajudant a protegir la barrera epitelial davant del dany associat a la calor i a l\u2019endotox\u00e8mia. La piperina, per la seva banda, incrementa la biodisponibilitat d\u2019aquests compostos lipof\u00edlics, estimula l\u2019activitat d\u2019enzims digestius i mostra una clara activitat antioxidant, demostrada en models d\u2019epiteli intestinal porc\u00ed sotmesos a per\u00f2xid d\u2019hidrogen (H\u2082O\u2082), on redueix significativament l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu.  <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong> Impacte en el creixement i l\u2019\u00edndex de conversi\u00f3 en engreix<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que molts estudis s\u2019han centrat en truges en lactaci\u00f3 o en altres esp\u00e8cies, comen\u00e7a a haver-hi evid\u00e8ncia espec\u00edfica en porcs en creixement-engreix:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Una soluci\u00f3 fitog\u00e8nica basada en <em>Capsicum spp<\/em>. va millorar la toler\u00e0ncia a la calor en porcs en creixement, atenent la p\u00e8rdua de guany mitj\u00e0 diari i millorant la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019amino\u00e0cids per al creixement magre sota estr\u00e8s t\u00e8rmic, en comparaci\u00f3 amb animals estressats sense fitog\u00e8nic. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Revisions sobre capsaicinoides i capsinoides en monog\u00e0strics apunten a millores de la digestibilitat i de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia aliment\u00e0ria quan s\u2019inclouen extractes de Capsicum en dietes de broilers i porcs, especialment en condicions de repte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La magnitud exacta de la millora de l\u2019\u00edndex de conversi\u00f3 (per exemple, un valor mitj\u00e0 \u00fanic en %) \u00e9s molt variable entre estudis (dosi, disseny, severitat de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, composici\u00f3 de la dieta), per la qual cosa <strong>no es pot definir amb precisi\u00f3 un \u00abefecte est\u00e0ndard\u00bb robust<\/strong>.
