Per\u00f2 la realitat \u00e9s que no tots els productes derivats del llevat s\u00f3n iguals ni tenen el mateix mecanisme d\u2019acci\u00f3. Entendre aquestes difer\u00e8ncies pot marcar la difer\u00e8ncia entre gastar diners en un additiu o invertir en resultats reals.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3142 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/estructura-levadura-1024x859.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"859\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/estructura-levadura-980x823.png 980w, https:\/\/tech-complex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/estructura-levadura-480x403.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Els productes derivats del llevat no s\u00f3n tots iguals.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El llevat<em> Saccharomyces cerevisiae<\/em> t\u00e9 una composici\u00f3 molt rica, per\u00f2, en funci\u00f3 de com es processi, se n\u2019obtenen productes completament diferents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Llevat autolisat<\/strong>: S\u2019obt\u00e9 quan el mateix llevat trenca la seva paret cel\u00b7lular mitjan\u00e7ant els seus propis enzims interns, alliberant-ne el contingut. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s d\u2019aut\u00f2lisi (d\u2019aqu\u00ed el nom) que es controla mitjan\u00e7ant la temperatura. El resultat \u00e9s un producte que encara cont\u00e9 tant la fracci\u00f3 soluble com la insoluble barrejades.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Paret cel\u00b7lular de llevat<\/strong>: Despr\u00e9s de l\u2019aut\u00f2lisi, si es centrifuguen i se separen les diferents fraccions, s\u2019obt\u00e9 la part insoluble: la paret cel\u00b7lular pura. Aquesta fracci\u00f3 \u00e9s rica en beta-glucans (30%) i mananoligosac\u00e0rids o MOS (20%). Els beta-glucans actuen sobre el sistema immunitari i tenen capacitat per captar micotoxines, mentre que els MOS funcionen com una trampa per a bacteris pat\u00f2gens a l\u2019intest\u00ed, impedint-ne la colonitzaci\u00f3.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Extracte de llevat: <\/strong>\u00c9s la fracci\u00f3 soluble que s\u2019obt\u00e9 despr\u00e9s de separar la paret cel\u00b7lular. Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on es concentra la riquesa nutricional: prote\u00efna (al voltant del 48%), \u00e0cids nucleics (aproximadament el 8%), l\u00edpids, minerals i carbohidrats. Per\u00f2 cal tenir present que disposar d\u2019\u00e0cids nucleics no significa tenir nucle\u00f2tids biodisponibles. Per aconseguir-ho, cal un pas m\u00e9s.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Extracte hidrolitzat amb nucle\u00f2tids lliures: <\/strong>Si a l\u2019extracte s\u2019hi afegeix un proc\u00e9s biotecnol\u00f2gic de purificaci\u00f3 i posteriorment s\u2019hidrolitza amb enzims espec\u00edfics, s\u2019aconsegueix alliberar els nucle\u00f2tids que estaven \u00abatrapats\u00bb a l\u2019ARN. Nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed s\u2019obt\u00e9 un producte estandarditzat amb nucle\u00f2tids realment disponibles per a l\u2019animal. Estan formats per una base nitrogenada (adenina, guanina, citosina, timina o uracil), un sucre de cinc carbonis i un o m\u00e9s grups fosfat. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tots els animals poden sintetitzar els seus propis nucle\u00f2tids mitjan\u00e7ant dues vies:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>S\u00edntesi de novo:<\/strong> parteix de zero i construeix els nucle\u00f2tids pas a pas. El problema \u00e9s que \u00e9s molt costosa energ\u00e8ticament, ja que consumeix molt ATP. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Via de salvament<\/strong>: recicla les bases i els nucle\u00f2sids procedents de la degradaci\u00f3 natural de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Aquesta via \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s eficient i permet reciclar fins al 90% de les purines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aqu\u00ed hi ha el punt clau: alguns teixits tenen una capacitat limitada o nul\u00b7la per dur a terme la s\u00edntesi<em> de novo<\/em>. La mucosa intestinal, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la medul\u00b7la \u00f2ssia, els limf\u00f2cits i els gl\u00f2buls vermells depenen gaireb\u00e9 exclusivament de la via de salvament. Els nucle\u00f2tids acceleren la divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular i redueixen la mort cel\u00b7lular (apoptosi) dels enter\u00f2cits. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en una millor estructura de les vellositats, un augment de la longitud de les criptes i una major proliferaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular. Tamb\u00e9 indueixen la producci\u00f3 d\u2019enzims digestius i afavoreixen la maduraci\u00f3 de l\u2019epiteli intestinal.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sistema immunitari:<\/strong> Els nucle\u00f2tids modulen la resposta immunit\u00e0ria. Milloren la producci\u00f3 d\u2019anticossos i augmenten els t\u00edtols vacunals, fet que contribueix a una major efic\u00e0cia de les vacunes. Tant la immunitat humoral com la cel\u00b7lular en surten refor\u00e7ades.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Microbiota i control de pat\u00f2gens<\/strong>: S\u2019ha observat que els nucle\u00f2tids modulen la composici\u00f3 de la microbiota fecal, afavorint el creixement dels g\u00e8neres bacterians beneficiosos. Aix\u00f2 contribueix a prevenir les diarrees, especialment en els garrins. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pell i mucoses<\/strong>: Els nucle\u00f2tids afavoreixen unes taxes \u00f2ptimes de divisi\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular a l\u2019epidermis, accelerant la recuperaci\u00f3 de lesions cut\u00e0nies i protegint davant dels danys i la deshidrataci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 pot ser especialment \u00fatil en pollastres amb problemes de pododermatitis o dermatitis. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rendiment productiu: <\/strong>En gallines ponedores, la suplementaci\u00f3 amb 500 g\/t de nucle\u00f2tids lliures va millorar la taxa de posta (93% de mitjana), el pes de l\u2019ou (63 g), la massa d\u2019ou (58 g\/au\/dia) i la unitat Haugh (87,8), indicant una millor deposici\u00f3 i qualitat proteica. En pollastres, s\u2019ha descrit un major guany de pes, una millor conversi\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria i un increment del rendiment de pit. La clau \u00e9s: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u2022 Con\u00e8ixer el proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3: s\u2019ha dut a terme una aut\u00f2lisi? S\u2019ha separat la paret cel\u00b7lular de l\u2019extracte? S\u2019ha hidrolitzat enzim\u00e0ticament?  <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2022 Verificar les garanties anal\u00edtiques:<\/strong> percentatge de beta-glucans i MOS i, sobretot, la <strong>concentraci\u00f3 de nucle\u00f2tids lliures<\/strong>, si el que es busca \u00e9s aportar nucle\u00f2tids.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2022 Entendre per a qu\u00e8 serveix cada fracci\u00f3:<\/strong> la paret cel\u00b7lular per a la immunomodulaci\u00f3 i el control de micotoxines; l\u2019extracte hidrolitzat per aportar nucle\u00f2tids biodisponibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb les restriccions cada vegada m\u00e9s grans sobre l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019antibi\u00f2tics promotors del creixement, eines com la paret cel\u00b7lular del llevat i els nucle\u00f2tids lliures adquireixen m\u00e9s sentit que mai. Los resultados mostraron mejora significativa en peso corporal al d\u00eda 21, ganancia diaria promedio, morfolog\u00eda intestinal (altura de vellosidades), funci\u00f3n de barrera intestinal y microbiota cecal, especialmente con la dosis m\u00e1s alta. Este modo de administraci\u00f3n ofrece una alternativa pr\u00e1ctica a la suplementaci\u00f3n en pienso.   <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/40803227\/\">pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> The composition of branched-chain amino acids modulates response to nucleotide supplementation of low-protein diets in nursery pigs<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Autores:<\/strong> Publicado en <em>PubMed<\/em>, enero 2025<br \/>\n<strong>Resumen:<\/strong> Investigaci\u00f3n con 160 lechones (peso inicial 5,79 kg) que estudi\u00f3 los efectos de nucle\u00f3tidos diet\u00e9ticos y amino\u00e1cidos de cadena ramificada (BCAA) en dietas bajas en prote\u00edna. Los resultados sugieren que la suplementaci\u00f3n con nucle\u00f3tidos, tras la adici\u00f3n de BCAA a dietas bajas en prote\u00edna cruda, confiri\u00f3 efectos beneficiosos adicionales sobre el rendimiento productivo y la digestibilidad de nutrientes en cerdos.  <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/40642830\/\">pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> Effects of dietary nucleotide supplementation on growth performance and immune response in broilers<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Autores:<\/strong> Publicado en <em>Revista Brasileira de Zootecnia<\/em>, octubre 2020<br \/>\n<strong>Resumen:<\/strong> Estudio que confirm\u00f3 que la suplementaci\u00f3n diet\u00e9tica con nucle\u00f3tidos mejora la ganancia de peso corporal y el \u00edndice de conversi\u00f3n alimenticia de pollos de engorde de 7 a 20 d\u00edas de edad. La suplementaci\u00f3n aument\u00f3 la altura de las vellosidades (299,3 vs. 315,6 \u03bcm) y la producci\u00f3n de IgG s\u00e9rica (4,01 vs. 4,34 mg\/mL), demostrando efectos positivos sobre la morfometr\u00eda intestinal y la respuesta inmune.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scielo.br\/j\/rbz\/a\/qNGXq43TgMNQnzKJx7v4Pzw\/?lang=en\">scielo<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Supplemental effects of dietary nucleotides on intestinal health and growth performance in newly weaned pigs<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Autores:<\/strong> Publicado en <em>PMC<\/em>, octubre 2019<br \/>\n<strong>Resumen:<\/strong> Meta-an\u00e1lisis que demostr\u00f3 que la suplementaci\u00f3n con nucle\u00f3tidos diet\u00e9ticos en un rango de 50 a 250 mg\/kg en dietas para lechones reci\u00e9n destetados es beneficiosa al mejorar el rendimiento productivo.
